FULL AUTOMATIC PAPER BAG MAKING MACHINE

Fully automatic square bottom paper bag machine is designed for the production of paper bags with twisted handles. It is suitable for mass production of shopping bags in industries such as food and clothing. The one-line process consists of twisted handles making from paper rolls and twisted rope, delivery of handles to paste unit, pre-cutting of paper on position of rope, patch position gluing, handle pasting, and paper bag making. The paper bag making process consists of side gluing, tube forming, cutting, creasing, bottom gluing, bottom forming and bag delivery. This machine adopts German imported high-speed motion controller (CPU), which controls the operation of servo through high-speed bus to ensure stable movement and smooth motion curve. It is the automatic square bottom paper bag equipment with handles inline preferred by the majority of printing and packaging manufacturers.

FLAT AND SATCHEL BAG MAKING MACHINE

This machine can process extremely thin paper up to 35GSM and quickly produce paper bags, making it particularly suitable for the food industry. It completes the entire process in one pass, including roll forming, edge folding, tube making, cutting, gluing, bottom folding, bottom gluing, and finished bag production. SQUARE BOTTOM PAPER BAG MACHINE

This machine is designed to manufacture square bottom paper bags from paper roll in blank or printed. Side gluing, tube forming, cutting, bottom creasing, bottom gluing, bottom forming and final product out feed can be completed within one time by this machine. It is ideal equipment for making paper bag for foodstuff bag, shopping bag and so on. Controlled by PLC system, equipped with in-touch screen and servo motor for bag length control, this machine can produce different size paper bag.
