INK MIXER

An ink mixer is a specialized mixing device used in the production and application of ink. Its core principle is to break up particle agglomeration in the ink through mechanical stirring, enabling uniform dispersion of all components and forming a stable colloidal suspension system, thus ensuring the color consistency, fluidity and printability of the ink.

INK PLUNGER PUMP

The core purpose of a pneumatic ink plunger pump is to use compressed air as power to provide stable and controllable delivery pressure and flow rate for ink. It is mainly used in scenarios such as printing and ink production to control the quantitative delivery of ink. Its principle is based on "pneumatic drive for the reciprocating movement of the plunger", which realizes the suction and discharge of ink by changing the volume of the pump cavity, and has both safety and stability.
