This machine is specifically designed for small-batch, high-end customized orders, integrating three major functions: cover production, folding box side wing forming, and lining attachment. It supports rapid mode switching and achieves specification changeover within 10 minutes after preset configuration, significantly improving production line flexibility. Equipped with 23 servo motors and a dual-robotic arm system with vision positioning, it ensures stable and precise operation. The self-developed material suction mechanism accommodates diverse materials, enabling flexible, intelligent, and efficient packaging production.

AUTOMATIC IRREGULAR SHAPE CASE MAKING MACHINE

The ZFM-1000H fully automatic vision-based cover positioning machine adopts advanced technologies and processes, including a specialized printing press feeder, high-precision camera positioning, robotic arm rapid board feeding, and custom-designed mechanical edge wrapping. It automatically completes processes such as cover paper feeding, board conveying and positioning, corner cutting, four-side edge wrapping, and automatic material collection.
Equipped with a motion controller system, the machine offers fast response times and stable performance, achieving a maximum speed of 40 pieces per minute. It can handle minimum short-edge wrapping of 18mm on both ends and is capable of performing dual-head irregular-shaped cover edge wrapping.
