This equipment employs advanced technologies such as a specialized feeder, high-precision cameras for accurate positioning, robotic arms for rapid board delivery, and a custom-designed mechanical structure for edging. It automatically completes processes including paper feeding, board conveying and positioning, corner cutting, four-side edging, and automatic material collection. The produced hardcover covers are then transferred via an intermediate conveying mechanism to the lining machine, which automatically carries out steps such as lining paper feeding, surface gluing, hardcover cover conveying, visual positioning, and robotic arm transportation.

COLLAPSIBLE BOX WINGS MAKING MACHINE

This machine adopts innovative processes and technologies, including servo-driven transmission, visual inspection, robotic arm positioning, and servo-controlled edge wrapping, to automatically complete the entire workflow. The processes encompass surface paper feeding, adhesive application, automatic cardboard feeding, precise positioning, and automatic edge wrapping and folding for final shaping. Equipped with 15 servo systems, the machine accurately executes all required actions for each processing step. The introduction of this machine has reduced the shipping volume of packaging boxes by over 80%, significantly lowering transportation costs, minimizing storage space requirements, and virtually eliminating damage and deformation.
