The newly-designed paper cup forming machine adopts imported intermittent indexing agencies,gear transmission,synchronous belt transmission structure,optimizes its transmission system and enable each independent functional-system to run smoothly. The spray lubrication system greatly reduce machine -wear caused by machines inertial movement. By adopting PLC system and photoelectric failure-detection system ,machine will auto-stop working when there is a failure,it can greatly improve operation safety standard and help reduce labor force. RUIZE-600S simplifies paper cup forming process, can finish paper feeding ,sealing cup-bottom feeding ,heating knurling ,cup-mouth curling, automatic cup-collecting with counting,etc. At one step. Thur one person can operate some machines at same time.
