This automatic twopiece folder gluer can produce both singlepiece and spliced twopiece cartons. It breaks the printing width limitation to accommodate largesize carton orders and save board material. Fitted with dual independent feeders and servo correction system, it allows separate parameter settings for sheet A and sheet B with precise pneumatic alignment for jointing. It supports both hot melt glue and cold glue for stable bonding. It can process straight boxes, crashlock bottom boxes and specialshaped corrugated boxes, forming crossflute and verticalflute boards. Adopted PLC touchscreen control with job memory and oneclick order changeover.
