The sleeve-type anilox roller is a lightweight variant designed to facilitate lighter and simpler assembly for satellite-style and high-end coating equipment. Its inner layer consists of multiple layers of fiberglass, reinforced with compressible material in the middle, and is encased in an aluminum alloy shell. The outer aluminum alloy substrate is then subjected to spray coating and engraving. This construction achieves greater weight reduction for printing and coating anilox rollers while enabling faster and more convenient disassembly. It has now gained widespread adoption in the market.
