Knife‑shaped sponge cushion
The function of the die‑cutting cushion is to ensure that, during high‑speed stamping, the cut products are quickly ejected from the die so the machine can proceed to the next stroke. The pressure exerted by the die must be mitigated by the cushion, which also facilitates die adjustment and protects the die itself. As a result, the stamped parts are accurately positioned and resist deformation. However, if the cushion is improperly selected, it can significantly compromise die‑cutting performance—leading to issues such as burrs and an uneven surface, premature wear of the die edges, and inconsistent cuts where some pieces are severed while others remain intact.
Quick-Install Crease Strip
An essential consumable in the die-cutting process, it is used on the die-cutting machine's cutting blade to facilitate shaping and prevent line breakage and flare‑up.
