FULL-AUTOMATIC HIGH-SPEED PRECISION SPECIAL-SHAPED DIE-CUTTING MACHINE

The SCM-MQ630 Full-Automatic High-Speed Precision Die-Cutting Machine is a high-speed model designed for producing various special-shaped bags, which enables seamless connection and synchronous operation with bag making machines.
Its power structure is completely different from that of traditional old-style die-cutting machines. Adopting an upper servo power transmission system without springs, it uses servo motors to adjust pressure via touch screen operation, ensuring accurate control of pressure and stroke. This effectively solves the common problems of traditional models when processing stand-up pouches, such as bottom adhesion, edge fraying of some materials and unopenable pouch mouths. Meanwhile, the die-cutting tools have an extended service life of up to 1 million working cycles, paired with higher operating speed and more stable control performance.
Integrated with built-in computer calculation and a multi-servo synchronous operation structure, this machine delivers powerful performance and superior functionality. It features precise installation, humanized adjustment, and linear guide rails for front and rear movement.
