Printing & Packaging Extravaganza Ignites Guangzhou, Showcasing the Industry's Vibrant Vitality!
Printing South China / Sino-Label 2026 Wraps Up in Guangzhou, Industry Promises to Return in 2027

March 6, 2026 – The three-day 32nd South China International Exhibition on Printing Industry and the China International Exhibition on Label Printing Technology 2026 (collectively "Printing South China/Sino-Label") concluded successfully at Area A of the China Import and Export Fair Complex.

Widely recognized as the bellwether of the printing and packaging industry, this year’s edition brought together cutting-edge technologies, innovative products, and full-industry-chain capabilities. The show delivered a dynamic platform for global industry professionals to connect, explore new solutions, and gain insights into the sector’s latest trends.

Global Reach Expands with Record Overseas Attendance

Held concurrently with the China International Exhibition on Packaging Machinery & Materials and the China (Guangzhou) International Exhibition on Packaging Products & Materials, the show spanned 150,000 sqm and featured 2,218 exhibitors. It drew 129,037 professional visitors, approximately 14% of whom were overseas visitors—underscoring the sector's strong resilience and global appeal.

Overseas buyer delegations came from 126 countries and regions, including Russia, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Spain, Australia, Brazil, Germany, India, Japan, the United States, Hong Kong (China), and Taiwan (China), creating an unprecedentedly international atmosphere on-site.

What Overseas Buyers Said: Precision Matchmaking, Quality that Delivers

General Manager, Moviplast (Romania)

“This was the largest exhibition I have attended, which was so big that it was impossible to visit all the exhibitors. The quality of Chinese machinery is improving significantly, making it more competitive in both price and technology. Currently, about 30% of our company's machinery comes from China, and we engaged with two companies at the exhibition, planning to discuss transaction details upon our return. Additionally, the 1-on-1 assistant service provided by the VIP Buyer Program was extremely helpful, enabling us to communicate and meet with various companies smoothly. The assistant was very proactive and helpful, contributing to a wonderful exhibition experience.”

CEO, Brindicis Lda (Portugal)

“My company is primarily focused on sourcing advanced laminating and book-binding machinery. I found the business matching service exceptionally efficient; the relevant exhibitor suggestions significantly reduced my searching time. I am currently in active negotiations with several recommended suppliers and expect to place substantial orders as a result of this visit. This first-time visit to Printing South China has exceeded my expectations due to the high caliber of exhibitors. The expo provided invaluable insights into new materials and a comprehensive 360-degree view of the entire industry value chain. This experience has been incredibly eye-opening.”

General Manager, Printfair (Greece)

“The scale and exhibitor quality at Printing South China completely exceeded my expectations! I found automated post-press waste removal machinery that cuts processing time from '2 workers / 3 hours' to just '1 worker / 1.5 hours,' and purchased a high-end machine from 'Guowang' through the business matching service. The R&D progress of Chinese machinery over the last decade and their after-sales support are truly impressive. A highly rewarding sourcing trip filled with cutting-edge technology!”

Chairman, Glen Industries Ltd. (India)

“The business matching service was very good — personalized, time-saving, and effective. Before we even walked into the booth, the exhibitors already knew we were coming and were fully prepared to receive us. In a typical trade show, you walk in on your own and sometimes find a great company, but no one speaks English and you end up wasting time. Here, an assistant accompanied us throughout, communicating with suppliers on our behalf and discussing exactly what we were looking for. No language barrier, no wasted time. On top of that, the show itself offers a variety you simply can't find at local exhibitions back home. Not every manufacturer travels abroad to exhibit, so coming to Printing South China gives me a much wider selection.”

Overseas Industry Associations: A Platform for Global Collaboration

Head of Analytics, Polish Chamber of Printing (Poland)

“Our first delegation to Printing South China concluded with great success. The visit not only facilitated meaningful dialogue for the Polish industry but also provided valuable insights into the Chinese printing market. We thank the organizers for their support and eagerly anticipate future opportunities for collaboration.”

Deputy Chairman, Malaysia Printers Association (Malaysia)

“At Printing South China 2026, we were delighted to see a significant increase in new exhibitors, particularly within the Sino-Label sector. Members found the show highly relevant for sourcing printing machinery, materials, ink, and digital printing solutions. Participation from Malaysia has been further supported by visa-free travel to China since 2025, which has encouraged greater attendance. As the Malaysian printing industry continues its gradual recovery following the pandemic, our association remains committed to encouraging members to explore shows in China for access to the latest technologies, helping them grow and boost their businesses. To this end, we organized a significant number of delegates to attend the show this time.”

General Manager, JDN Printing Services (The Philippines)

“Printing South China 2026 impressed us with its high-caliber Chinese exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge machinery and an expanded exhibition space featuring a wealth of new products. The comprehensive display of labeling, offset printing, and packaging solutions provided visitors with excellent sourcing options. Currently, the Philippine printing and packaging industry is growing steadily, fueled by rising consumer demand for innovative and sustainable solutions. We were particularly pleased to see the strong emphasis on green materials, which aligns perfectly with sustainability initiatives in the Philippines, where many cities are leading the transition to biodegradable alternatives. We will certainly encourage more delegates to visit the expo next year to stay ahead of the latest technological advancements.”

Board Secretary and Chairman of International, Printing Industries Association of the Philippines, Inc. (The Philippines)

“As a long-standing supporter of Printing South China, PIAP has seen robust purchasing activity this year. Our President, Mr. Albert See, strongly encourages attendance as the expo offers machinery at highly competitive prices. We find the Expo's 'four-in-one' format more comprehensive and efficient than other exhibitions. The expanded space and introduction of AI and advanced technologies this year provided invaluable insights currently unavailable in our local market. With a massive population of 144 million and growing investor interest, the Philippines offers immense potential, and this expo remains our primary gateway for technological advancement.”
