Sloped Polishing Unit

A slope-type varnishing unit—such as the one used on the original five-color press—can be retrofitted and upgraded to enable simultaneous printing of five colors plus a varnishing layer, thereby realizing UV reverse spot‑varnishing. Conventional water-based inline varnishing is also supported, with no impact on the machine's original structure. The system features independent computer control, user‑friendly operation, and stable performance.

External Anilox Roller Box Chamber-Type Doctor Blade Finishing System

An external varnishing system is installed on the color unit; after modification, for example, a 5-color press becomes a 4+1 configuration with varnishing. When no varnishing is required, the 5-color operation proceeds normally without any impact. This setup is suitable for both reverse UV coating and conventional water-based inline varnishing processes.

Upgraded new-technology anilox roller varnishing system for the older dual-roller model

Upgraded from the previous dual-roller system to a new anilox roller coating system, offering the following advantages: enhanced gloss, increased printing speed, uniform coating, and convenient anilox roller changes—taking only ten minutes, thereby reducing downtime. Material consumption is reduced by approximately 30%, and it can be used for special effects.
