GLUING SYSTEM

KQ cold glue system has the characteristics of high efficiency, flexibility, good stability and easy maintenance.
Precision in mm at any speed, spray cold/hot melt adhesive on the gluing flap of folding box/carton, decrease the cleaning and installation time maximum during the production process, so to reduce wastage. Modular system design, shift of cold& hot melt glue, and the control of other functions, all can be realized through one-key switch on central touch screen easily. Super-fast and no abrasion electro-magnetic non-contact cold glue spray gun, completes precise cold glue dot and line spray gluing.

PLASMA SURFACE SYSTEM

Innovative technologies for surface activation and coating can effectively improve the product's surface dyne value and increase adhesion.
For folding cartons which are metalized, with UV coating, or with lamination, apply plasma surface treatment system with standard cold glue instead of expensive special glue, we can achieve perfect gluing quality and also reduce production cost. This system can install on all the folder gluers. Through simple operation and set, cooperating with folder gluer to treat the surface of materials. In some sophisticated fields, such as: cleaning car sticking headlight, disinfection cylindrical instrument, plasma treatment system has passed years of test and application. While this technology which is originated from Germany, has been applied on folder gluer for many years already.
