A single inspection system can connect to multiple printing presses, offering excellent cost‑performance and serving as an essential solution for replacing manual inspection with automated quality control. It is suitable for printed materials such as books, cigarette labels, pharmaceutical packaging, and drug inserts. Paper types include gold and silver cardstock, as well as embossed and relief‑printed papers. The system accommodates thin and thick papers ranging from 20 g/m² to 500 g/m², and incorporates a proprietary P9 light source, enabling detection of laser‑etched paper, aluminum‑coated paper, gold and silver cardstock, and embossed/relief‑printed papers. Compatible models include sheetfed and web offset presses.

Label First-Inspection System

Addressing industry challenges such as the small format of label products and the difficulty of manual inspection, this system intelligently compares plate‑making PDF files with the first printed sample, accurately identifying plate defects and printing imperfections. This ensures quality prior to mass production and effectively prevents losses from entire rolls of scrap. It is suitable for first‑article inspections and proofreading of imposition files for products such as adhesive labels and electronic tags, and also applicable to the acceptance inspection of packaging materials like labels and pharmaceutical blisters.

Real-time inspection and control of print quality are available for instruction manuals, textbooks, periodicals, pharmaceutical packaging, cigarette labels, personal care product packaging, and more. This system is suitable for a wide range of paper types, including white cardboard, double-sided offset paper, coated paper, aluminum‑coated paper, laser‑printed paper, gold‑ and silver‑card stock, and other thin or thick papers.
