Currently, the factory has been implementing company-wide quality inspections for seven years and lean manufacturing for six years. It operates two carton‑making production lines, equipped with one fully automatic two‑color printing press, one fully automatic single‑color printing press with a rotary die‑cutting unit, two semi‑automatic box‑gluing machines, two nail‑sealing machines, and three manual die‑cutting machines. Production capacity is at full utilization, with a daily output of 30,000 cartons; however, current capacity stands at only 60%, significantly impacted by broader market conditions. Following the 2021 Spring Festival, the plant plans to add one 1.5‑meter fully automatic die‑cutting machine with waste‑removal functionality.
