Online Inspection System

The system employs fiber-optic transmission, eliminating constraints on transmission distance and detection width, thereby enabling ultra‑long‑range transmission (up to 1,000 meters), ultra‑wide‑field detection (30 meters), and ultra‑high‑speed inspection (800 m/min). A new self‑learning defect classification feature has been added, allowing users to customize defect types, sizes, and colors for tailored defect editing and output. The software leverages deep learning combined with AI algorithms to detect more than 20 categories of defects, including ink splatter, misprinting, and color variations.

A full‑width still‑image system that captures the entire print width, combined with a localized high‑resolution still‑image system, leverages an advanced imaging architecture and a high‑precision motion‑control linkage to convert high‑speed printed images in real time. The line‑scan array captures the complete, full‑page image of the print, while the area‑scan array acquires fine‑detail imagery. The line‑scan system enables real‑time, full‑width display of the print's current state, and it can also command the area‑scan system to perform seamless, continuous magnification of specific regions for detailed inspection of halftone dots.
