PUR BARREL 5-GAL HOT MELT ADHESIVE MACHINE

There is an O-ring seal between the groove of the heating plate and the inner ring of the rubber barrel, which makes the molten liquid colloid not contact with the air, and solves the problem that PUR and other adhesives cannot contact with the air when they are melted.
Variable speed motors and various flow pumps are used to customize to specific manufacturing requirements.
The position sensor displays the position of the pressure plate in the barrel, and the low glue level and empty barrel trigger an alarm and end all actions.
The outer surface of heating plate is coated with Teflon to prevent carbonization, ensure good gum and reduce blockage.
