The CRON ECInk Intelligent Ink Dispensing System is an automated solution designed to significantly enhance the quality and efficiency of spot color ink mixing. Manual processes often fall short in achieving precise and consistent color reproduction. By integrating with leading industry color-matching software and utilizing advanced spectral algorithms, ECInk accurately calculates spot color formulations to quickly produce press-ready inks.
The ECInk system automatically dispenses raw materials based on the calculated formula, precisely preparing the required spot color. Each ink tank features constant temperature control and automatic stirring to ensure ink stability, reduce waste, and lower overall production costs.
